Why Most Resolutions And Goals Are Doomed From The Start

At the end of the year, most people tend to make New Year’s resolutions.

  • “I’m going to exercise 7 days a week.”
  • “I’ll lose 50 pounds by summer.”
  • “I’ll build a 6-figure business this year.”

And so on.

And you know what happens only a few weeks, or even days, after New Year’s Eve?

Nothing.

People skip the gym for a few days, and never come back.

They fail to lose 10 pounds in that first month, and quit trying.

They get rejected by a potential client, and lose their motivation to move on .OR when they are building their business, they hit a hurdle that causes them to lose all momentum.

That’s because these resolutions and goals are doomed from the start.

Why?

Because you need clarity of exactly what you want to accomplish and a system to make it happen.

A good system will break down your goal into baby steps that make it easier to achieve.
