    I agree! If you have a good quality product and you are taking care of your customer and doing as much marketing as you can, the profits will follow along inevitably.

    Totally agree and this is one of the many things we have learned from ASM. We employ a full time customer service officer who deals solely with customer satisfaction, reviews and feedback.

  • Thanks Jason for putting the spotlight on product quality and customer care. I’m excited about having just requested my 1K revenue badge but I’ve not yet responded to my customers who’ve left me reviews. I’m going to personally thank all customers who’ve left me reviews before the end of today and make it a daily “must do” from now on.

    Good information. I am the kind of person who is very careful with my money, but I will gladly pay more and shop more often where I am treated right, so I know this is valuable for the business owner. Thanks.

    I can see the writing on the wall calling for an actual human relationship to develop with the customer and not just an exchange of product for money. The relationship is nurtured with reviews as fuel to problem solve and creatively turn into opportunities to provide better service of their needs. What fun this is going to be. This newbie is just 3 weeks from going live with inventory due to be at FBA in 2.5 – 3 weeks.Matt . Thanks for the advice in the video Matt, I found it extremely helpful and is another PUT YOUR MONEY WHERE YOUR MOUTH IS APPROACH. There you are providing us the customer with 5 star review service teaching us how to do the same. Follow the leader and avoid the pitfalls.
