Frequently Asked Questions
What products can I promote as an Amazing Ambassador?
As an Amazing Ambassador you are able to promote our 3 main offerings plus certain upsells throughout the year.
All commissionable products come with a 60 day cookie.
Note: At times we may offer internal promotions that may earn you a commission depending on the product. Please always ask us about promoting a page not listed in an active campaign listed in Post Affiliate Pro.
How much is ASM?
Typically students have two options at sign up:
- One payment of $4997
- Six payments of $997, 30 days apart
From time to time, we have promotional offerings with discounted pricing of up to $1,000 off the ASM one pay rate ($3,997) as well as alternate payment plans that reduce the amount due monthly paying off ASM over a longer payment period.
As an Ambassador, you receive percentage of commission based on what the member pays.
When do Ambassadors get paid?
Commissions are paid out on the 15th of each month. If the 15th lands on a weekend, then commissions are paid on the next business day.
All initial sales must first wait until the 30 day refund period passes for all sales made in that month.
- All sales made in the month of January get paid out on March 15th.
- All sales made in the month of February get paid out on April 15th.
- All sales made in the month of March get paid out on May 15th.
So on and so forth.
If someone is on a payment plan – you’ll get your first installment payment as outlined above and from there, you will continue to receive payment each month until the member has paid their membership in full.
If a member defaults on their payment or stops paying altogether, commissions will stop being paid. If the member returns and continues their payment plan, you will begin to receive payments again until paid in full.
What are the ASM commission groups available?
All new Ambassadors joining the program will begin by earning 25% commission on Amazing Selling Machine (ASM) and can move up to a 40% commission group once they’ve earned 4 approved sales in a rolling 365 day period.
You’ll also receive a one-time $1,000 commission bonus for moving up to the 40% group! Amazing!
An approved sale is a sale that has not been refunded within 30 days, has had a chargeback, or been placed on hold for any reason.
To continue earning 40% commission on ASM, all you have to do is maintain more than 4 approved sales within the last rolling 365 days.
Simple, right? We think so! Keep an eye on refunds and if you’re ever in doubt, reach out to us to check your status.
What's ASM Evergreen vs Launch?
Each year we provide comprehensive updates to our ASM training content. We have big launches to promote the newest version of ASM.
Evergreen is the ability to promote the most up to date version of ASM outside of our annual launch dates.
During Evergreen, Amazing will host monthly webinars to help with conversions. We make promoting easy and will provide swipes and resources with your affiliate link each month so you can continue to promote the course year-long.
When will previous members get access to updated ASM program?
Typically, existing ASM members get access to the newest version of ASM post-launch about 4 – 6 weeks after module 1 of the updated training is released.
What affiliate platform does Amazing use?
We use Post Affiliate Pro as our affiliate platform.
Post Affiliate Pro implements multiple unique tracking methods. It tracks every action, which results in the most accurate affiliate tracking software on the market. It also offers an easy to navigate affiliate panel to allow you to see your stats and manage your promotion materials.
How do I test my affiliate links to ensure they're working?
Per our terms, Ambassadors are solely responsible for ensuring that their affiliate links are set up correctly. Amazing is not responsible for any Ambassador’s failure to receive any commission due to incorrect formatting or configuration of their affiliate link.
In your Post Affiliate Pro account, all Ambassadors will have an assigned Referral ID that will be included in ALL of their affiliate links. We recommend ALWAYS double checking your links to ensure the correct Referral ID is showing.
When you log into your account, you can check what your Referral ID is by looking at the top of the screen and checking your general affiliate link. Your Referral ID will be at the end of this link after the # sign.
→ General (Your) Affiliate Link: https://www.amazingsellingmachine.com/#5c11b7f234
The code after the # sign is your Referral ID. Make sure your personal Referral ID is in every single affiliate link that you use.
You can test your links to see if it is tracking by then clicking on Reports, then Clicks List. You’ll see any and all clicks on your links in this section. Please note that it may take up to 15 minutes for clicks to start showing up in this report. Be sure to refresh the page.
What promotional material does ASM provide other than email swipes?
We provide banner images, email and social swipe copy, blog posts, ASM logos and more in Affiliate Post Pro and our ASM Resource Google drive.
What is an email swipe?
An email swipe is a prewritten email we provide, you can use this email content anyway you like, such as a blog or social post as well. Feel free to add your own voice and personalize your email before sending to your audience.
Can I offer a rebate or gift card or cash to incentivise them to buy?
No. Affiliates may not offer gift cards, cash prizes or raffles of any kind as an incentive to purchase the course through their affiliate link.
How do I read my ledger?
Your ledger allows you to monitor sales activity. Be aware that it provides only an estimate of your commissions, because PayPal payments often contain errors in the commissionable amount. When we receive a customer payment from any other source, your commission percentage of that payment appears in the ledger. Affiliate accounts are audited each month for commission payout, we do not pay based on ledger totals alone.
How do I get credit for a sale?
Leads are cookied to the last clicked affiliate link for 60 days. If a lead purchases ASM or any other commissionable product from an Amazing promotional email while cookied to your unique affiliate token, you will get sales credit.
Sale goes to the last clicked affiliate, this is why we encourage our affiliates to promote/email more than one time.
What is a commission hold?
A commission hold is when a customer has requested a refund during the first 30 days due to issues setting up their SellerCentral account on Amazon (this is usually due to where the customer is living).
Rather than immediately refund the customer, we give them the option to work with our in house experts to guide them through the SellerCentral registration successfully. If after following our 1 on 1 guided directions SellerCentral still denies them, we will refund the customer. However, we do have a good success rate – which is why we offer this.
SellerCentral commission holds can be over 6 months. We will not pay out these commissions while actively working with the customer on approval.
If the customer gives up or stops replying to our SellerCentral support ticket after the 30 day refund period, their refund request is voided and commission is paid out.
