I'd love to see comments on the new order of menu items. The idea is to place related options close.

So Communities, Gossip and Blog are about what people are saying.

People lets you search; profile lets you change yourself.

Invite lets you invite people here and mail lets you look at what people have said about you.

Finally settings and logout are housekeeping.
